PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

 

 

PROBLEM:

Ten Thousand Villages' product offerings covered several categories and none of the descriptions were consistent between them. There was no style guide, so when new items launched on E-comm each month, there was no consistency to how the PDs were written. This affected SEO and UX values. 

 

 

SOLUTION:
I implemented a customized style guide that included SEO and keyword research for each product category based.
